These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ECOthetic Lube website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

ECOthetic Lube is a Malaysian-based retailer of automotive lubricants and engine-care products. We operate this website to facilitate online sales to customers in Malaysia.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Malaysian law to place an order with us. By using this site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications, and images accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are entirely error-free. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, you may return it under our Refund Policy.

Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable after purchase, with a full refund issued.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of your confirmed order applies.
• Payment is processed securely by Airwallex. We accept FPX, major debit/credit cards, and supported e-wallets.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation.

5. Promotions and Promo Codes

• Promo codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and may not be combined with other offers.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.
• Misuse or fraudulent use of promo codes will result in order cancellation and account suspension.

6. Referral Programme

• Referral credits are awarded when a referred friend completes their first qualifying purchase.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and have no expiry unless stated.
• We reserve the right to revoke credits if we detect referral fraud or abuse.

7. Delivery

• We deliver to addresses within Malaysia. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Free delivery applies to orders above RM 150 within Peninsular Malaysia.
• Risk of loss and ownership of products passes to you upon delivery.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ECOthetic Lube and is protected by Malaysian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, ECOthetic Lube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
